My kingdom for a well-spoken phrase of poetry
Whet thine lips with a thimbleful of creativity
From bravest Sir Galahad’s Grail of purity
Profligate youth did lay ruin to chivalry
Reveling in lascivious wiles of harlotry
Chastity slain by pleasures carnally
Wield not the quill thoughtlessly
Recall thy vows sworn formerly
Waken honor from dormancy
Hasten lest I decay mortally
Black do my humours be
My homeliest progeny
O Sir Mediocrity
Inspire me
