I.
On wounded knees, we seek salvation
From corporate greed & voracious theocracy
Resisting equity, evangelicals disembowel our nation
Banning books to conceal their malfeasance from history
The blessed Sermon on the Mount preached no subjugation
Yet sadly, regressive misogyny poisons our tree of liberty

Christ’s love forgotten by a few hateful congregations
Spitefully resolute to damn us all with their misery
Like it’s our fault they can't temper temptations
In no world is criminalizing rights a victory
Someone, please unplug this simulation
We know how it ends; 'tis no mystery

Allons-y, it's date night with Madame Guillotine
